Interactive displays
Interactive displays are both input devices and screens. Plan the task, reach and error states as carefully as the image. Meeting rooms need easy connections and collaboration; public applications need short flows, accessibility and a secure return to the start.
Test interaction, cover glass and input.
- Test with the actual app and planned cover glass instead of comparing touch-point counts.
- Check shorter users, seated use, gloves and bright light where relevant.
- Plan keyboard or alternative input for tasks that should not depend solely on touch.
Planning recommendations. Exact model approvals and site assessment remain necessary.
