SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE / 03
Outdoor displays
Outdoors, light, heat, water, dust and mounting interact. A bright panel alone does not make a suitable outdoor system. A sheltered entrance, a shop window and a freestanding installation need different evidence. Evaluate the complete system in its intended installation.
Assess sun, enclosure protection and heat.
- Document sun exposure, surroundings, cleaning and service access. Photographs supplement a site survey.
- Ask about usable brightness and thermal behavior at the actual location.
- Enclosure protection, temperature range and solar load are separate questions.
Planning recommendations. Exact model approvals and site assessment remain necessary.
